The website and example
This site has no forms for collecting names, phone numbers, email addresses or Telegram identities. The example sends no appointment requests. Our code uses no cookies or persistent storage for interactions.
Technical data
The workers.dev version uses Cloudflare; chatgpt.site uses Sites. Hosting and access services process IP addresses, URLs, browser details and request times to deliver and protect the site. Logs, retention and processing locations depend on the provider and settings. See Cloudflare’s policy and the access platform’s notices.
Fonts and images are local. Our code adds no Google Fonts, advertising or analytics.
Email and online meetings
Contact and privacy: rushiylabs@gmail.com. The team receives your sender address, message and attachments to respond. Send only what is needed.
Online meetings are scheduled in Calendly. It opens only after a separate link and is not embedded. The organiser receives your name, email and other completed fields. Calendly processes meeting data on their behalf and some technical data for its own purposes.
Retention
Calendly’s policy and account settings apply within its service. They do not guarantee deletion of the organiser’s email or calendar copies. A separate fixed retention period for those copies has not been defined. Send requests about them to rushiylabs@gmail.com; for the service’s own processing, see Calendly’s notice. Data may be processed outside Ukraine.
Your rights
Under applicable law, you may ask about data and purposes, request access, correction or deletion on lawful grounds, object to processing or withdraw consent where it is the basis. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court. Details are in Ukraine’s Law on Personal Data Protection. Email us; a meeting is optional.
Before real bookings
EmptySlot is a team project. The operator’s full legal identity, legal bases and specific retention periods remain undefined. These details, data recipients and notification rules must be published before collecting data for real bookings.
